Admission to the ChaMP Program (Chemical and Materials Physics) requires the successful completion of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, and Engineering with a GPA of 3.1 or better.
Fee
Application Fee Your application cannot be reviewed until UCI has received your non-refundable application fee ($105 for U.S. Citizens and lawful U.S. Permanent Residents, and $125 for all other applicants beginning for Fall admission).

Letters of Recommendation Three letters of recommendation are required. These may be submitted electronically by your recommenders via the online application system; or paper versions are also accepted.
Transcript
Transcripts: Submit one official transcript for every post secondary program attended. Official transcripts must be in sealed envelopes as issued by the school(s) you have attended. Request current transcripts from every post-secondary school that you have attended, including community colleges, summer sessions, and extension programs. If you have attended UCI, you must request an official transcript; we cannot obtain them on your behalf. All transcripts must be sent directly from the Registrar’s Office at your previous institutions to the academic program to which you applied (NOT to UCI’s Graduate Division).
