GPA We target a 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale) undergraduate grade point average CV Resume is required. Fee The application fee is $50US for U.S. citizens and permanent residents and $70US for all other applicants. RL Letters of recommendation are also an important part of the assessment process. We use them to aid us in determining the applicant's likelihood of success both in the program and after graduation. We do not require specific forms for these letters; the respondent should write on standard letterhead. Transcript Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for the initial review of your application, and you can usually download them directly from the universities you attended. If you are admitted, the Graduate School will require official transcripts if you did not submit them with your application. Official transcripts should be sent directly to Graduate Student Services, 114 West David Boyd Hall, Baton Rouge, LA 70803. If your university offers the option of emailing official transcripts, they can be sent to gradtranscripts@lsu.edu.
