GPA A grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.00 (A = 4.0) on all undergraduate work (or in the final 64 credit hours) and any graduate work already completed. Fee The application fee is $50US for U.S. citizens and permanent residents and $70US for all other applicants. RL The university and the department require you to submit three recommendation letters. The recommendation letters can be uploaded online or be sent by mail to the Graduate Advisor, Department of Economics, Louisiana State University, 2300 Business Education Complex, Baton Rouge, LA 70803 USA. Transcript Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for the initial review of your application, and you can usually download them directly from the universities you attended. If you are admitted, the Graduate School will require official transcripts if you did not submit them with your application. Official transcripts should be sent directly to Graduate Student Services, 114 West David Boyd Hall, Baton Rouge, LA 70803. If your university offers the option of emailing official transcripts, they can be sent to gradtranscripts@lsu.edu.
