Admission to the MAcc program is made through the GoBAYLOR Grad system. Admission is not guaranteed, but is based on overall GPA, accounting core GPA and GMAT score. Students with GPAsabove 3.0 overalland in accountingand an acceptable GMAT score will be considered for admission.
The MAcc degree is a 33-hour program, requiring 18 hours of graduate accounting coursework and 15 hours of supporting graduate business (non-accounting) coursework. No specific courses are required in either accounting or business, creating a flexible degree program that can be tailored to your individual career goals. You can use the 15 hours of graduate business courses to concentrate your study in a second area of expertise or to broaden your graduate business education.
