Admission to the MTax program is made through the GoBAYLOR Grad system. Admission is not guaranteed, but is based on overall GPA, accounting core GPA and GMAT score. Students with GPAsabove 3.0 overalland in accountingand an acceptable GMAT score will be considered for admission.
The MTax degree is a 33-hour program, requiring 18 hours of graduate tax coursework and 15 hours of supporting graduate business (non-accounting) coursework.The 15 hours of graduate business courses can be used to concentrate your study in a second area of expertise or to broaden your graduate business education.
