The graduate ECE program offers studies leading to the degrees of Master of Science and/or Doctor of Philosophy. All graduate students are expected to participate in research activities as an integral portion of their graduate education. Creative research scholarship is an integral part of the ECE Department’s mission. The importance of research is equal and complementary to the function of teaching. External research and equipment funding are necessary means for supporting ECE research endeavors, and therefore, success in obtaining external research and equipment grants is essential.
The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department offers study leading to the degrees of Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in the field of study of Electrical Engineering with an area of concentration based on a wide selection of courses and research activities in the department.
