The Master of Business Administration / Juris Doctor (MBA/JD) in Law and Health Sector Management is offered as a dual degree, administered jointly by the School of Law (LAW) and the Questrom School of Business. Health lawyers struggle with new and traditional legal problems in this economic sector. These problems include ownership of electronic medical records, public health and environmental risks, ethics and intellectual property rights involved with gene therapy, and countless others.
