<p><span style="color: #262626;">而理應(yīng)在9月1日才開始的<strong>正常批申請，竟然在提前批面試結(jié)束之后就立刻開放了申請</strong>。這比24fall要足足早了一個月，真是殺了個措手不及。</span></p>

<h1><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>1、</strong><strong>提前批看似降低門檻，實則“哄抬物價”</strong></span></h1>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">在上周的文章中我們已經(jīng)詳細(xì)地分析過今年港中文提前批的形式，具體內(nèi)容就不再一一贅述，但還是有幾個特別值得注意的點還是得拿出來再說說。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>01 不再強硬規(guī)定要求提交GMAT或GRE成績，但實際是“優(yōu)勝劣汰”。</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">雖然沒要求非得有G成績，但雅思成績的門檻高得讓人懷疑人生！港中文商學(xué)院提前批里學(xué)費最親民的可持續(xù)全球商業(yè)專業(yè)，原本大家以為“預(yù)想難度低”，想著輕松拿個offer，結(jié)果呢？大家一窩蜂地都擁了上去，反而競爭更激烈，對錄取也就更嚴(yán)格。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">光是指南者今年就遞交了27封可持續(xù)環(huán)球商業(yè)理學(xué)碩士項目的申請，但只有5個同學(xué)收到了面試通知，其中3個985，2個211，均分全部在80+，雅思6.5+，<strong>且全員都提交了GMAT或GRE成績</strong>。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">所以官方所說的“不要求提交GMAT或GRE成績”聽聽就罷，畢竟這種開放式條件，只會引來更多的申請者，人多了，競爭也就上去了。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>02 </strong> <strong>市場營銷對雙非學(xué)生包容性更高了。</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">往年港中文MKT接受的雙非學(xué)生也大多來自與像深圳大學(xué)這種頭部雙非院校，很難有其他普通雙非學(xué)生的立足之地。<strong>而今年明顯收到面邀的雙非學(xué)生變多了，雙非院校覆蓋面也更廣了。</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">說到這，就有一點很關(guān)鍵了。<strong>要知道，雙非學(xué)生想要上港三還是有一定難度的，更何況是商科。</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">而今年這么多學(xué)生都拿到了面邀，根據(jù)港中文rolling制先到先得的機制，肯定會有不少學(xué)生，特別是雙非學(xué)生在拿到offer后就提交留位費。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>一旦錄取額滿，這個專業(yè)就會提前關(guān)閉申請通道。</strong>更何況今年港中文正常批也提前開啟了，所以早申在這個時候就變得很關(guān)鍵。一定要搶占先機，盡早搶到名額。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>03 今年港中文商學(xué)院的提前批從開始提交申請到結(jié)束，只花了一個多月時間</strong>。在時間跨度上，25fall的申請要比往年更加緊迫。很多來不及申請的小伙伴只能等到正常批再競爭，競爭數(shù)會不會更激烈很難預(yù)判。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">早申的重要性不必再多說，同樣的bg，同一個項目，早申比晚申上岸的可能性都要大得多，更不必說港中文這種滾動錄取的制度，先來先得，招滿就停。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">特別像管理學(xué)和市場營銷學(xué)這種申請量大的專業(yè)，開放申請通道后一個月再提交，基本就是石沉大海的狀態(tài)了。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">24fall有指南者學(xué)員<strong>本科雙非，均分90錄上港中文經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)</strong>，很大一部分原因就是在去年10月初就早早地提交了申請，搶在了起跑線上。但同樣的專業(yè)，來自山東大學(xué)的w同學(xué)在今年2月提交的申請就以失敗告終。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>建議同學(xué)們帶G申請。</strong>今年提前批比往年開得早，發(fā)offer也會更早一些。如果提前批接offer的人數(shù)很多，那么剩下的席位相應(yīng)就會減少，優(yōu)秀的GRE或者GMAT成績就會成為競爭的一大利器。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">而在23fall，申請數(shù)為799，發(fā)offer數(shù)為136，錄取率17.02%。</span></p>

<h2><span style="color: #1890ff;"><strong>01 </strong><strong>本科院校層次趨勢</strong></span></h2>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">23fall中，申請港中文商學(xué)院的學(xué)生中，共有656個學(xué)生來自985/211，其中有119名拿到了offer，92學(xué)生錄取率是18.14%。70名雙非學(xué)生參加申請，6位拿到offer，雙非錄取率為8.5%。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">24fall中，申請港中文商學(xué)院的學(xué)生中，共有813個學(xué)生來自985/211，其中有181名拿到了offer，92學(xué)生錄取率是22.26%。82名雙非學(xué)生參加申請，10位拿到offer，雙非錄取率為12.19%。 </span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>由此看出，指南者985/211和雙非的錄取率都在穩(wěn)步提高。</strong></span></p>

<h2><span style="color: #1890ff;"><strong>02 </strong><strong>均分情況</strong></span></h2>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">23fall拿到offer的136個學(xué)員大多數(shù)均分都處在85+，一共有92位學(xué)員位處這個水平，占到了總?cè)藬?shù)的67.64%。均分在80-85的學(xué)員共有40名，占據(jù)總?cè)藬?shù)的29.4%。 </span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="color: #262626;">而在24fall拿到offer的196個學(xué)員同樣成績大多數(shù)85+，一共有133位學(xué)員位處這個水平，占到了總?cè)藬?shù)的67.85%。剩余的63名學(xué)員的均分都處在80-85的區(qū)間。</span></p>

<h1><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>4、</strong><strong>25fall申請建議</strong></span></h1>

<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>優(yōu)先帶GRE申請，雖然港中文沒要求，但往年帶GRE申請的學(xué)生不在少數(shù)。</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">試想站在學(xué)校的立場，通過有限的資料審核申請者的資歷，有GRE和沒有GRE的，更偏愛哪個，明眼人一眼就能看出。</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>雙非同學(xué)優(yōu)先考慮市場營銷MKT專業(yè)，</strong>這在港中文商學(xué)院中算是對雙非學(xué)生最友好的專業(yè)了，而且對量化背景沒有那么嚴(yán)格，簡直是跨專業(yè)學(xué)生的“天菜”專業(yè)。</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="color: #262626;">而且MKT這個專業(yè)，往年錄取人數(shù)都在150多人，相比商學(xué)院中其他相對高冷的專業(yè)，MKT的容納性更高。</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>房地產(chǎn)MRE和管理學(xué)，這也是兩個跨申的好選擇，</strong>門檻沒那么高，均分85+的小伙伴們就有機會拿到入場券（但記得，早起的鳥兒有蟲吃，晚申的話，背景再好也只能干瞪眼）。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #262626;">最后說說信息與技術(shù)管理ISTM，這個專業(yè)，適合那些數(shù)理基礎(chǔ)扎實的商科生，數(shù)學(xué)成績得好，這可是硬指標(biāo)。信管專業(yè)每年錄的人數(shù)也不少，是個不錯的選擇。 </span></p>
