text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #1890ff;"><strong>3. </strong><strong>實(shí)習(xí)三：中誠(chéng)信人力資源部</strong></span></h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>這兩段實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束之后正好是大三升大四的暑假，簽約了指南者之后發(fā)現(xiàn)人力資源相關(guān)的內(nèi)容比較少，只有學(xué)校里學(xué)的課和課設(shè)，于是自己找了一段在<span style="color: #262626;"><strong>中誠(chéng)信人力資源部的實(shí)習(xí)，實(shí)習(xí)了大約三個(gè)月，讓我對(duì)人力資源領(lǐng)域的招聘，選拔和培訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)都有了比較豐富的認(rèn)識(shí)</strong></span>，可惜作為一名實(shí)習(xí)生并沒有接觸到薪酬管理績(jī)效管理和員工關(guān)系的內(nèi)容。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">目前我也正在尋找下一份人力資源領(lǐng)域的實(shí)習(xí)，為一年制碩士歸來后找工作打基礎(chǔ)。</p> <p style="color: #065df0;
