<p>以我為例，我是2018年9月在港科開(kāi)學(xué)，就可以直接去參加10月份開(kāi)始的秋招。因?yàn)楫厴I(yè)答辯在2019年6月初就結(jié)束了，所以你可以和公司HR說(shuō)你是2019屆畢業(yè)生，可以在2019年7月評(píng)畢業(yè)證明（注意不是畢業(yè)證書(shū)，畢業(yè)證書(shū)要11月才發(fā)）入職。</p> <p>如果你想要好好享受在港的學(xué)習(xí)和生活，不想一開(kāi)學(xué)就奔波秋招，或者覺(jué)得自己閱歷不夠的話(huà)，可以直接放棄2018年秋招和2019年的春招，好好學(xué)習(xí)，等2019年6月順利畢業(yè)了，去心儀的公司找份實(shí)習(xí)，一直實(shí)習(xí)到10月，即使不能留用也可以以應(yīng)屆生身份再參加2019年的秋招。</p> <p>因?yàn)閺埲屠钏亩荚谙愀圩x書(shū)，就近原則都選擇了在深圳面試。張三想以后留在粵港澳大灣區(qū)工作，所以在投遞簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候工作地點(diǎn)選擇了深圳。李四想回上海老家職業(yè)所以工作地點(diǎn)選擇了上海。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>有可能會(huì)發(fā)生在相同條件下，只有張三收到了面試通知，而李四的簡(jiǎn)歷石沉大海。因?yàn)?lt;strong>有些大的公司實(shí)行區(qū)域管轄，在繁忙的秋招過(guò)程中，各個(gè)區(qū)域的人力資源部已經(jīng)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)了。</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>如果廣東區(qū)域公司的人力看到有想在江浙滬區(qū)域的學(xué)生，他是需要將這份簡(jiǎn)歷轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給江浙滬區(qū)域公司的人力，安排在上海面試的。（其中也有因?yàn)樘ν洶l(fā)給江浙滬區(qū)域公司人力的）。也有一些公司的人力直接就篩掉不屬于自己區(qū)域的簡(jiǎn)歷，因?yàn)樵诠ぷ髁砍蟮那镎袝r(shí)期，他們不想幫其他區(qū)域的人力篩選人才。這其中有很多因素可能導(dǎo)致跨區(qū)域投遞的失敗。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>所以最好的方式就是：今后想在哪里工作，就在那個(gè)區(qū)域參加面試是最穩(wěn)妥的。</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>這樣的話(huà)，參加第一次的秋招就會(huì)增加面試的時(shí)間成本和交通成本。如果參加第二次秋招，就可以到心儀的區(qū)域?qū)嵙?xí)，待在那里安心面試了。</p> <p><strong>大家需要合理平衡好學(xué)業(yè)和秋招的關(guān)系。</strong>因?yàn)殚_(kāi)學(xué)一個(gè)月以后就進(jìn)入秋招最繁忙的時(shí)期，連續(xù)幾天早上6點(diǎn)起來(lái)穿上正裝從香港去廣州深圳趕面試是常有的事（因?yàn)榍镎械攸c(diǎn)一般都是廣州或者深圳），有的時(shí)候還需要住在深圳，像我申請(qǐng)了大約15家公司，面試往往都會(huì)有時(shí)間沖突，這時(shí)候就需要和公司HR溝通面試時(shí)間，能調(diào)整就調(diào)整，不能調(diào)整也只能多選一。所以<strong>建議糾結(jié)癥患者也不要一時(shí)腦熱投遞太多公司。</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>繁忙的秋招可能會(huì)持續(xù)1個(gè)月左右，在這一個(gè)月里，逃課是避免不了了。雖然港校為了照顧part time的學(xué)生課程幾乎都安排在了晚上，但是想兼顧學(xué)習(xí)和秋招對(duì)身體和精神的確是種挑戰(zhàn)。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>在這里<strong>我最認(rèn)真的建議就是全力秋招</strong>，學(xué)業(yè)采用&ldquo;抱大腿&rdquo;解決。班里總有不參加秋招的，等秋招結(jié)束后多向他們補(bǔ)補(bǔ)功課，學(xué)會(huì)站在&ldquo;巨人的肩膀上&rdquo;（能兼顧的大神就當(dāng)我啥也沒(méi)說(shuō)）。</p> <p>&nbsp; <p><strong>要挑選適合自己的區(qū)域，公司和崗位。</strong>和高考填報(bào)志愿一樣，根據(jù)對(duì)自己的重要層級(jí)一步步挑選。以我為例，我挑選的順序是先看我想在哪里工作，也就是先選區(qū)域。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>我想在粵港澳大灣區(qū)工作，所以要找在大灣區(qū)項(xiàng)目多，有主導(dǎo)力的公司比如在廣東比較強(qiáng)勢(shì)的萬(wàn)科，恒大，碧桂園，保利，華潤(rùn)，招商蛇口，金地，雅居樂(lè)，佳兆業(yè)，越秀等。有一些在北方強(qiáng)勢(shì)的地產(chǎn)公司這時(shí)候就可以先放一放。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>再選擇公司，這里就要看各個(gè)公司的企業(yè)文化是不是和自己相匹配，公司管培生在業(yè)界的口碑，薪資待遇，發(fā)展前景等等很多因素。核心就是<strong>按照自己的職業(yè)規(guī)劃挑選適合自己的公司。</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>再就是崗位，為什么我把崗位放最后呢，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)有的時(shí)候不是自己能決定的，有的時(shí)候你拿到offer的崗位和你投遞的崗位并不是一個(gè)，而且在入職以后也可能會(huì)因?yàn)檩啀彴涯闩傻狡渌麔徫弧?lt;/p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>就比如說(shuō)去年地產(chǎn)行情大好，招聘了很多投資拓展崗位，遇到行情不好，土地流拍，這些人可能就會(huì)被派到營(yíng)銷(xiāo)崗幫忙賣(mài)樓。<strong>如果今后想橫向發(fā)展，建議工程崗，計(jì)劃運(yùn)營(yíng)崗，成本崗，投資拓展崗都可以嘗試。</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>每個(gè)公司的崗位雖然名字可能都是計(jì)劃運(yùn)營(yíng)崗，但是負(fù)責(zé)的任務(wù)也不同，這個(gè)部分千萬(wàn)不能偷懶，要查明白。俗話(huà)說(shuō)的好&ldquo;知彼知己，百戰(zhàn)不殆&rdquo;。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <section data-style-type="5" </section> </section> </section> </section> </section> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>要正視秋招的殘酷性，尤其是一些高薪企業(yè)（互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，金融，地產(chǎn)）受行業(yè)形勢(shì)影響較大</strong>，行情好就招人多，行情不好就非常吝嗇（很現(xiàn)實(shí)）。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>比如地產(chǎn)在我上一屆形勢(shì)一片大好，招了一堆管培生，但是到我這屆就行情緊縮，外加去年要了很多管培，因此今年管培生名額驟降（這只是一般性的大趨勢(shì)，也有某些公司正好在擴(kuò)張期，大量招人），導(dǎo)致競(jìng)爭(zhēng)極其殘酷。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>例如本人在深圳面試，10人的群面桌子上清北碩士少則一兩個(gè)，多則5-6個(gè)都有可能（因?yàn)榍灞惫ご蟮难芯可憾荚谏钲冢?lt;/p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>我有一場(chǎng)記憶猶新的群面，一上來(lái)自我介紹就有當(dāng)年某城市的的高考狀元，滿(mǎn)G學(xué)霸，實(shí)習(xí)無(wú)數(shù)的行業(yè)高手等等（因?yàn)閮?nèi)地碩士3年，有大把時(shí)間去實(shí)習(xí)和豐富閱歷），我港科msc的學(xué)歷背景顯得平平無(wú)奇，面試中他們聊的我基本都插不上話(huà)。當(dāng)時(shí)我的感受就是：我要是HR我也會(huì)選擇他們不會(huì)讓我進(jìn)入下一輪的。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>中海地產(chǎn)每年通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)歷篩選的學(xué)生都會(huì)公布其所在學(xué)校和姓名，大家有興趣的話(huà)可以去官微看看，廣州場(chǎng)可以看到哈佛，帝國(guó)理工，北京上海場(chǎng)那更是讓人驚嘆，所以千萬(wàn)不可輕敵。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <section <p>大家要在精神上和知識(shí)上做好充分的準(zhǔn)備。<strong>精神上要相信秋招是持久戰(zhàn)</strong>，像我投了將近15家地產(chǎn)公司，平均每家地產(chǎn)公司會(huì)安排3-4輪面試，有的地產(chǎn)公司甚至有彩虹7面，九死一生的9輪面試，這都不足為奇了，所以要隨時(shí)做好被拒絕的準(zhǔn)備。<strong>建議和同學(xué)抱團(tuán)秋招互相總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，彼此安慰調(diào)整情緒。</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>在知識(shí)層面上要準(zhǔn)備面試可能遇到的東西</strong>，比如30秒、1分鐘、2分鐘、3分鐘四個(gè)版本的自我介紹，自我介紹怎么說(shuō)有亮點(diǎn)，讓HR能記住你。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>還要知道每家企業(yè)的基本背景，產(chǎn)品，企業(yè)精神等（這是基本功和必修課，因?yàn)槿绻悴粚?duì)一家公司有所了解就去面試，即使最后拿到offer，你也不能確定這家企業(yè)是否真的適合自己）。</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>除了上面的信息，大家還要弄清楚群面架構(gòu)、弄清楚自己在團(tuán)隊(duì)中的角色</strong>，是timekeeper,leader,還是Executor。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>結(jié)構(gòu)面時(shí)一定要對(duì)自己簡(jiǎn)歷上的東西滾瓜爛熟，每一個(gè)經(jīng)歷都要想好一個(gè)故事，脫口而出；專(zhuān)業(yè)面就看你對(duì)自己崗位理解的到不到位了。各種面試的主要形式和模擬練習(xí)是必不可少的，地產(chǎn)的筆試基本參考公務(wù)員選擇題就好，也是需要練練的。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
