color: #666666; font-style: italic;"><span style="color: #a0a0a0;">科研相對比較匱乏</span></p> <p style="text-align: center; color: #666666; font-style: italic;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">其實這樣的經(jīng)歷并不算單薄，不過因為學生的定校是LSE、UCL、NUS、港大，我們希望在和同批的申請者對比中能幫學生再增加點競爭力。所以我們當時有考慮過一些法學背景的學生能參與的科研項目，比如模擬法庭、校內(nèi)的科研課題等，但是模擬法庭比賽一般是下半年，當時時間不合適，而找了一圈，發(fā)現(xiàn)校內(nèi)目前也沒有可用的資源。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">湊巧的是，當時校內(nèi)還有暑校的項目能報名，所以學生選擇參加了愛丁堡大學的暑校，并且完成撰寫相關(guān)的課程論文，這為學生的申請增添了一些亮點。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">除了劍橋的國際貿(mào)易法項目+愛丁堡暑校之外，考慮專業(yè)相關(guān)度，我們選擇2段個人數(shù)據(jù)跨境侵權(quán)+境外仲裁的相關(guān)高分的課程論文，并隨著后續(xù)的學習和實習經(jīng)歷，不斷填充和豐富文書素材。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">在確定文書素材的過程中，我們與學生進行了多次討論和反復修改，幫助學生突出她的學術(shù)能力和專業(yè)興趣，強調(diào)她在相關(guān)課程中的優(yōu)異表現(xiàn)和研究成果，展示她在實習中的經(jīng)驗和所取得的成就。正是早早確定了大致的文書素材和經(jīng)歷，學生才可以安心地進行后續(xù)的語言復習和實習。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <h1 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>雅思——超強執(zhí)行力</strong></span></h1> <p> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">考慮到學生暑假要做實習+暑校，所以我當時規(guī)劃的是學期結(jié)束前進行雅思考試和刷分。大三下學期課程又是比較多的時候，了解到4月底學生有7門課要結(jié)課考試，5月份課程少。所以后續(xù)規(guī)劃中的安排是3-4月份學生要沉浸學習，準備考試，盡力去提升自己的GPA。5月份系統(tǒng)復習，6月中旬進行雅思考試。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">這個復習時間是緊張的，但學生目標明確，執(zhí)行力強，英語基礎(chǔ)好，所以第一次就考出了雅思7.5（L7.5，R7.5，W6.5，S8.0）的成績。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <h1 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>GPA：刻在骨子里的提升意識</strong></span></h1> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><img style="display: block; color: #666666; font-style: italic;"><span style="color: #a0a0a0;">提高GPA</span></p> <p style="text-align: center; color: #666666; font-style: italic;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">英國院校不僅卡list還會卡學生的均分，GPA在申請中的重要性不言而喻。這點也是我們和學生反復強調(diào)的。所以她對GPA重要性的認知是刻進骨子里的。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">在4、5月份考試集中期，我們沒有規(guī)劃其他安排，給學生心無旁騖、充足的學習時間?？梢钥吹?，學生基本每一天的復習與計劃都是非常明晰的。這當中付出的努力和汗水，我們有目共睹，最終學生的GPA達到了87.58。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">或許不是90+這樣一騎絕塵的成績，但相比之前，GPA是上升的，不會成為她申請的短板。而這也為學生拿到UCL LLM的錄取打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。如果學生更早開始規(guī)劃留學，有意識地提升自己的GPA，或許LSE也更有機會。但當下，學生已經(jīng)做到最好。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <h1 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>實習：豐富資源任君挑選</strong></span></h1> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #262626;">學生真的在4、5月份太忙了，沒有時間和精力去找實習。并且一般法院、檢察院的實習不太會公開招聘的。很多著名的律所也是，通過官方渠道發(fā)布實習生招募信息的不多。信息分散且凌亂，如果僅靠學生自己去找，可能得花點時間在上面。而我們簽約學員有內(nèi)推的實習庫的資源，所以問清楚學生具體的時間和地點，我就開始幫學生搜集整理相關(guān)的實習信息，匯總為實習表格，讓她可以直接投遞。同時我讓她關(guān)注校內(nèi)發(fā)布的實習資源。所以一個月暑?；貋碇螅梢钥焖龠M入實習。</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><img style="display: block;
