For applicants to our MS program, our GPA criteria are those of the Office of Graduate Studies; “At least a B average or its equivalent is normally required for admission. Satisfaction of minimal standards does not, however, guarantee admission, since the number of qualified applicants far exceeds the number of places available. As a consequence, many well-qualified applicants cannot be accommodated.” It is suggested that applicants to our Ph.D. program have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.50.
