PS Statement of Purpose – may be submitted through the ApplyTexas website or to the Office of Admissions CV Resume/CV – Required for PhD applicants, optional for Master’s applicants. Transcript Official Transcripts - Official transcripts must be sent directly to the Office of Admissions in a sealed envelope. Our department will not be held responsible for opening sealed transcripts that were intended for the Office of Admissions.
