Any applicant who is not a native or primary speaker of English must present a minimum score for either the TOEFL or IELTS tests. (Including those applicants who have graduated from a United States university or a university that teaches solely in English). If IELTS (International English Language Testing System) test is taken instead of TOEFL - a score of 6.5 is passing (all sub-scores must also be above 6.0)
