TOEFL
The applicants must also submit as part of their application credentials their scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The test is administered by the Educational Testing Service at testing centers throughout the world. A minimum score of 550 (paper test), 213 (computer based test), or 79 (Internet-based test) is required for consideration as an applicant.
GRE
The Department generally requires an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and a graduate GPA of 3.5 for admission. Exceptions to this are occasionally made for those with high GRE scores and strong positive letters of recommendation.
