Applicants must type in or upload a personal statement. This is a brief essay outlining the applicant’s reasons for wanting to pursue graduate education in health administration, career objectives, and any other information that would help the Admissions Committee get to know the applicant.
GPA
A minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) for all coursework.
CV
Applicants must upload a resume indicating education, work background, honors, memberships in professional, school, service organizations and any other personal information relevant to applying to a graduate program.
Fee
The application fee of $60 is paid when you click SUMBIT from the online application. Applicants can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or by Electronic Check. U.S. banks only. Application fees are non-refundable. Electronic checks will be held for approximately six business days while the check clears.
RL
Applicants must provide the names and e-mail addresses of three (3) references who are qualified to comment on their potential success both in a graduate program and as a health care executive. Please notify your references that they will receive an e-mail from "KU Medical Center" requesting them to complete an on-line reference form and a letter of reference.
Current students or recent graduates must submit at least one recommendation from a college instructor.
Employed applicants may ask work associates to supply references. In the latter case, at least one recommendation should be from a supervisor.
Transcript
Transcripts. Arrange to have one official copy of each transcript from every post-secondary college and university that you have attended sent directly to:
