Name, address, and date of birth b. Citizenship and immigration status c. Education history (degrees, institutions and dates) d. Employment history e. Honors and fellowships f. Summary of languages studied and proficiency g. International study and/or travel experience h. Names and titles of three references Fee International: $85 RL Three letters of recommendation Transcript For processing purposes, you may attach scanned versions of official transcripts to your application. A printout from a student portal is NOT considered an official copy. NOTE: Documents uploaded with your application are not considered official.
