All other non-native speakers must achieve a minimum score of 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based tests) or minimum score of 100 (internet-based test) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
IELTS
On the IELTS, applicants should score 7.0 (seven) or higher.
GRE

IMPORTANT: A 500-word statement of academic, professional, and personal goals is required. This statement should:
(a) include a discussion of how graduate school in Psychology will help you to achieve these goals;
(b) specify your interest in one of the two areas of concentration;
(c) indicate which faculty member/s you would want to work with and how you see their interests meshing with yours. This latter information is very important because the fit between student and faculty research interests is a key component in admissions decisions.

Three official recommendations are required by the Graduate School. These recommendations must be from persons in positions to appraise the applicant's potential for graduate study in psychology.
Transcript
Applicants for admission must provide official transcripts of all work beyond secondary school. This includes documents showing conferral of all degrees previously awarded. Applicants who have attended or graduated from a foreign college or university must provide the official transcript, described above, with a notarized translation into English. The official notarized translation should be submitted to the Graduate School in a sealed envelope, signed across the seal by the notary.
