PS Statement of Professional Goals: Each applicant must submit a statement of professional goals; the statement should be approximately 2-3 pages, typed and double spaced. Please upload this document online under “Personal Statement” once you have clicked “Submit Application” Please discuss the following in your statement: ? Personal, educational, and employment experiences that have shaped your desire for advanced study. ? Professional objectives and how you arrived at them. ? What you hope to obtain from your chosen concentration and how you intend to apply it professionally. ? Please cite a faculty member you would be interested in working with. CV Current Vita/Resume. Please detail the following information in your resume/CV: educational, professional, and volunteer experiences. Fee $65 Application Fee. The application fee may be paid with a credit card only at time of submission. You cannot pay the fee online once you have submitted your application. The application fee may also be paid on a bank draft or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. RL Each applicant will be asked to provide the names and email addresses of two (2) recommenders on their online application*. One academic and one professional reference is preferred, but not required. *Please note: recommenders will be required to submit their recommendations online Transcript Each applicant is required to submit one (1) copy of unofficial transcripts from all college/universities attended. They can be uploaded as supplemental materials in .pdf format after you submit your application.
