PS Applicants must submit a personal statement of interest and purpose which should address future goals and proposed use of the degree, as well as other factors the Admissions Committee should take into consideration when evaluating application. Transcript Applicants must submit official transcripts form all post-secondary institutions attended, regardless of whether a degree was earned. International transcripts not issued in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation. Transcripts are considered official if they are sent directly from the institution to our office, or if they are sent by the applicant or a third party and they remain in an original sealed envelope from the institution.
