Fee Non-U.S. citizens, $90 RL 3 Letters of Recommendation At least 2 from faculty/course instructors who are familiar with your work in the classroom and/or lab Transcript The application materials should be submitted electronically when you are submitting the online application or asking ETS to send us your test report.  Official transcripts are required to be sent to the Rackham Graduate School for processing and evaluation.  EECS should not receive your official transcripts in the mail.
