GPA A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 is required in your major. Fee A $75 nonrefundable application fee submitted with the application. Credit card payment is accepted with the on-line application. Checks must be made payable to the University of Delaware. Applications received without the application fee will not be processed. Foreign students must use a check drawn on a U.S. bank or an International Postal Money Order. RL Submit three letters of recommendation from individuals who are knowledgeable about your academic preparation and potential ability as a graduate student. Transcript Transcripts.
