TOEFL
All international students without a U.S. degree are required to submit TOFEL or IELTS score. A minimum TOEFL score of 80 on the Internet-based test or 550 on the paper-based test is required for full admission. In lieu of the TOEFL, an applicant may submit International English Language Testing System (IELTS) scores.An applicant who is academically qualified but has submitted a TOEFL or IELTS score below the minimums may be conditionally admitted to the University with the agreement that the student will attend our Intensive English Program.
IELTS
A minimum Band 6.5 score on the IELTS is required for full admission. International students with a U.S. degree may be exempted from TOFEL. Please use the University of Dayton's institution code, 1834, when requesting your TOEFL score from Educational Testing Services (ETS) or your IELTS score. Intensive English Program (IEP) is available. An applicant who is academically qualified but has submitted a TOEFL or IELTS score below the minimums may be conditionally admitted to the University with the agreement that the student will attend our Intensive English Program.
GRE
Applicant must submit a GMAT (500 minimum, 19 verbal) or GRE (minimum verbal 149, quantitative 146) score. To have your GMAT/GRE score reported to the University of Dayton, please use the following codes: GMAT: 1834, GRE: 1834. University of Dayton undergraduate business majors with a GPA greater than 3.0 may be waived for the test.
