PS As part of the application process to the W. P. Carey School of Business, you are required to answer the following essay questions. Type your answers below each question, then save and upload this document when you submit your application materials. Essay Question #1 How has your quantitative academic coursework prepared you to meet the rigorous requirements of the Master of Science in Finance? (150 words or less) Essay Question #2 What is your anticipated career path post-graduation and how do you expect the MS-FIN program to help you achieve these goals? (250 words or less) Essay Question #3 What value do you bring to a team environment and what do you feel you need to work on in order to be a more effective team member? (250 words or less) Essay Question #4 (Optional) If you have completed your undergraduate degree at an AACSB-accredited undergraduate finance program with a 3.25 cumulative GPA or higher and would like to request a GMAT waiver, address why you feel a waiver should be granted. (150 words or less) Essay Question #5 (Optional) Please provide any additional information you would like to bring to the attention of the admissions committee. (250 words or less) GPA You must have maintained a “B” (3.00 on a 4.00 scale) grade point average (GPA) in the last 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of undergraduate course work. If you do not meet the minimum GPA requirements, your application may still be considered. Fee Domestic Application Fee: $70 International Application Fee: $90 An additional $50 fee will be required for applications received after July 1. Applications will not be processed until the fee is received and fees are non-refundable. RL Select an individual who can speak to your personal qualities, career focus, and potential for success in the W. P. Carey MS?FIN program. The university will contact your recommender directly to secure additional information. Transcript Mail all official university transcripts to the ASU Graduate College, or request that your original institution submit them directly. A Document Reference Number can be included on each transcript for authentication purposes.
