Applicants from non-English-speaking countries must submit TOEFL scores to the Graduate College (at least 79 IBT or 550 paper-based or 7 IELTS is required), unless they already hold a degree from an English-speaking university. However, the degree must not be older than two years from the term of enrollment.

Three Letters of Recommendation form people who can comment on your academic skills and your clinical and research potential.
We recommend that at least two letters be from faculty members.
Transcript
Official Transcripts from all Universities and College you have attended. If you are currently enrolled, your transcript MUST include your FALL 2017 grades.
