TOEFL
International applicants are required to submit a TOEFL score of 90 on the iBT (web-based) test or higher. For students who take the IELTS examination, an overall score of 7 is required, with a score of no less than 6 on any individual band or module. TOEFL and IELTS test scores must be dated within two years of the year of enrollment. Students may be requested to enter the Center for English as a Second Language to improve their verbal skills.

Fee
The cost for a SOPHAS application is $135 for the first school or program to which you apply. Any additional schools or programs to which you choose to apply will cost $50 per designation, even if you submit those schools or programs later in the application cycle.

Three letters of recommendation are required.
Transcript
The College of Public Health review and the Graduate College verification is based on your SOPHAS application. Transcripts should be submitted to SOPHAS at PO Box 9111,Watertown, MA 02471.
No transcripts are required at the University of Arizona at this point. If you would like to expedite the process for the future, you may want to keep a second set of official transcripts in the original, sealed envelope.
